·         Beginners: appropriate if your experience level in resistance training is less than 6 months, or you are new to consistent and progressive programming.  If you are unsure whether you’re a beginner, I recommend trying the Beginner workouts first, because you can probably still make progress on the beginner program before moving on to the Intermediate program. It’s a 4x/week resistance training (Upper/Lower splits) and 4x/week cardio program.

·         Intermediate: appropriate if you have been resistance training consistently and intelligently for more than 6 months at least 3 days per week.  Ideally you are experienced with barbell exercises like the squat, bench press, and deadlift. I will be following this one myself!! It’s a 5x/week resistance training (Upper/Lower split with more focus on lower body and abs, 5th day is a Plyo day!) and 4x/week cardio program.

·         Home Workouts: only requires a mini band, a resistance band with handles, stability ball and dumbbells (if you’re a beginner I recommend a set of 5’s, 10’s, and 15’s.  If intermediate, 10’s, 15’s, and 20’s).  You will be amazed at the results you can achieve from the comfort of your own home!  These are also excellent to use if you are traveling; you can pack your bands and most hotel gyms have dumbbells. It’s a 4x/week resistance training (upper/lower splits) and 4x/week cardio program.

You’ll also learn to do Rest/Pause sets, 1.5 Reps, and giant sets!
